According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, four drivers have been cited following a chain-reaction wreck involving six school buses traveling to Six Flags Over Georgia on May 19. The six school buses contained students and chaperones from Burke County Middle School .
One of the bus drivers sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Grady Memorial Hospital for medical treatment. Sixty others sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.
Three of the bus drivers and the driver of a 2011 Chevrolet HHR were charged with following too closely.
