Ben was born in Burlington, North Carolina, and spent his formative years in Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama earning Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Psychology. Ben also earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama. During his matriculation at the University of Alabama, Ben earned Dean's List honors on numerous occasions, and was inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Lamda Delta National Honor Societies.
Ben graduated from The Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. During law school, he earned the CALI award for Legal Research and the Legal Writing Certificate from the highest ranked legal writing program in the nation.
Ben specializes in representing individuals in a variety of claims, including divorce, child custody, adoptions, probate and estates, civil and criminal litigation. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
